Which assistant can I use?

Our tools plug into the AI assistant you already pay for. What you can use depends on its plan:

Plans and menus change often. This reflects OpenAI's and Anthropic's published guidance in October 2026. If something looks different, let us know.

Account and access

Create an account or sign in on My account. When you connect a tool, sign in with the same platform account and sign-in method used for your subscription. Your ChatGPT account email does not have to match your platform account email. If you signed up with Google, keep using Google; a password account with the same email is a separate account.

To subscribe, open Billing in My account, choose All Access, review the terms and pay with Stripe. Your access appears as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a minute.

Have a code? Redeem an access code. No payment card is needed.

Adding Pro tools

Add one address to Claude or ChatGPT and every Pro tool you have access to is ready, including new ones as they launch. These tools are not in the ChatGPT or Claude app directories yet, so you add them yourself.

Claude

Which Claude plans? Every plan, including Free. Claude Free allows one custom connector, and that's all you need: Connector Factory covers every Pro tool. On Team or Enterprise, an Owner adds the connector first and you then connect to it.

Open Claude → Customize → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
Name it Connector Factory and paste this address as the server URL: https://plugins.ascaidevlabs.com/mcp .
For authentication choose Sign in now, even if Claude says No sign-in. If your dialog shows everything on one screen, open Advanced settings for the next step.
Choose Use your own OAuth client and copy this client ID: pqrMGDVmhiybU8hVxE5hWAJVVKLWn6iw It is a public identifier, not a password. Leave the optional client secret blank. Do not add request headers or paste tokens/API keys.
Choose Add, then Connect, and sign in with the same platform account and sign-in method you use on this website.
In a new chat, choose + → Connectors, turn Connector Factory on and paste an example request. Allow its read-only calls when Claude asks.

One connector covers every Pro tool you have access to. If Claude offers an old or test account at sign-in, decline it and use My account → Use a different account here first. Never create a second paid subscription to fix a sign-in mismatch.

ChatGPT

Which ChatGPT plans? OpenAI lets you add custom tools on ChatGPT Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu, using ChatGPT on the web. ChatGPT Plus and Free cannot add them yet, and the mobile apps cannot set them up. On Business, Enterprise or Edu, a workspace admin may need to add the tool for you. If your plan can't, use Claude instead: it works on every plan.

Open ChatGPT on the web and go to Plugins.
Choose +, then Add custom MCP server. On older layouts this is Settings → Apps → Create.
Name it Connector Factory and paste this address as the server URL: https://plugins.ascaidevlabs.com/mcp
Choose OAuth sign-in, tick the risk acknowledgement and create it.
When asked, sign in with the same platform account and sign-in method you use on this website.
Start a new chat, type @, pick Connector Factory and paste an example request.

One connector covers every Pro tool you have access to. If it stops working after a while, reconnect it rather than adding a second copy.

Using free tools

Free tools are written instructions, checklists and templates that guide your assistant. They work in any assistant, with no account:

Open the free tool's page and choose Copy instructions (or download them).
ChatGPT or Claude: create a Project and paste them into the project instructions, so every chat in it uses the tool. Or paste them at the start of a single chat.
Ask your question, adding the details the tool asks for.

Your first review

Start from a tool's example request and give it non-sensitive details. Good results come from good evidence: say what you know, and say what you don't. The tools keep unknowns visible rather than guessing.

Read the findings before acting on them. An assessment supports your judgement; it is not a certification, professional sign-off or guaranteed outcome.

Billing and cancellation

Everything is self-service in My account → Billing. Monthly (£4.99): change your card or download invoices with Manage billing, or stop renewal with Cancel at period end; you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Passes (£5.99 for 30 days, £49.99 for 12 months) never renew. We email you 7 days and 1 day before a pass ends, and you can renew from the same page; the new time starts when your current pass ends.

Access starts as soon as you pay, so you confirm before checkout that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once access starts (where the law still allows cancellation, we refund less a proportionate amount for access already supplied). See pricing, the terms and cancellation and refunds. You can contact support without signing in if the website or billing portal is unavailable. Purchases happen only on this website, never inside ChatGPT or Claude.

If something isn't working

Check My account shows the tool as Ready to connect. After paying, allow a minute and use Refresh.
At the sign-in screen, use the same account and sign-in method as on this website.
Use the address shown on the tool's page now, not an old saved connection.
If a connection expires, reconnect it rather than adding a duplicate, then start a new chat.
Claude Free only allows one custom connector: remove one before adding another.
If you see a rate-limit message, wait a minute and try again.
Still stuck? Contact support with the tool name, the time and the error message. Never send passwords, tokens or confidential documents.
