What is included
All Access provides authenticated access to every enabled standard premium product in the catalogue and standard premium products subsequently released while your entitlement remains valid. It supplies specialist frameworks, controls, report structures and deterministic calculations. You supply your own compatible AI environment and any subscription that environment requires. The platform does not provide hosted AI inference. The catalogue identifies the clients actually verified for each product; an unpublished marketplace listing is not a public installation route. Free packages remain available separately without a paid subscription.
Prices, passes and renewal
Choose one of three options. Monthly: £4.99 GBP per month, renewing each month until you cancel. 30-day pass: £5.99 GBP paid once for 30 days of access. 12-month pass: £49.99 GBP paid once for 365 days of access. Passes never renew and are never charged again. Buying another pass while one is current adds its time after the current pass ends, so no days are lost. We email the billing email for the order 7 days and 1 day before a pass ends, with a link to renew if you choose. You cannot buy a pass while a monthly subscription is renewing; cancel renewal first. Customers who subscribed before these terms keep the price and terms they accepted, including any founding-member price, until they cancel.
Managed payment and tax presentation
Purchases use Stripe Managed Payments through Link. Link identifies the transaction merchant and applicable payment terms at Checkout and supplies its own payment documents. AscaiDevLabs supplies product support and the platform subscription document. Base prices include applicable indirect tax. Link may present a local-currency equivalent: review the amount, currency and conversion basis before confirming payment. No fixed future local-currency exchange rate is promised. Payment-provider terms and statutory rights remain applicable.
Purchase and access
Sign in, select an option, review these disclosures and accept them before continuing to external Checkout. Check and correct your order on Checkout before confirming payment. A browser success page alone does not activate access. Access begins after the platform independently verifies payment: for a monthly subscription, once the subscription is synchronised; for a pass, from verification (or from the end of your current pass) for the stated number of days. You can then connect an available supported client using the account instructions. These product terms and support instructions are supplied in English. A copy of the accepted disclosures and verified purchase facts, including any pass access period, is available through your account and sent to the billing email used for the order.
Location and availability
Purchase availability depends on the supported billing locations and payment methods enabled for this service. Provide an accurate billing address. Availability of a payment method does not promise that every country is supported. Existing customers who change their billing country should contact support before renewal if the new location is unsupported. We do not promise worldwide availability. Applicable sanctions, payment-provider restrictions and mandatory customer protections continue to apply.
Access rights and use
Access requires a current entitlement and remains subject to account and security checks on each premium invocation. Failed renewal can suspend subscription-derived access, and a pass gives access only for its stated period; an independently valid promotional or historical lifetime entitlement is preserved. Existing lifetime grants are not converted into subscriptions. Access-code grants may have their own expiry and redemption limits and require no payment card. A historical non-expiring product licence has no scheduled renewal but does not guarantee perpetual hosting or access to every future product.
You may use authorised outputs in your own professional work and reports. Premium framework libraries remain the operator's intellectual property. Do not redistribute the framework library, resell access, share credentials, evade rate limits or attack the service. These restrictions do not remove rights granted by applicable law. Free package permissions are stated in their own licences. Use only information you are entitled to process. Fair-use request limits apply; this is not an unlimited-use offer.
Professional judgement and service changes
Assessments depend on the evidence supplied and require professional judgement. They do not certify compliance, guarantee security or determine a procurement outcome. Frameworks may be versioned, corrected or maintained; security and operational incidents can cause temporary interruption. No uptime guarantee is offered. Material service changes or retirement will be communicated to affected customers with appropriate remedies where required. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy and complaints
The privacy notice at https://plugins.acairnsapps.org/privacy explains account, billing, licence, operational and confirmation-mail processing and how to exercise your rights. Contact support@acairnsapps.org for product, account, privacy or service complaints. Link also provides transaction support under its own terms. Apart from the cancellation acknowledgement described in Cancellation and refunds, these terms do not waive statutory cancellation, refund, service-quality or complaint rights.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Starting access straight away
All Access starts as soon as payment is verified; a pass bought to extend a current pass starts when the current pass ends. Before Checkout you are asked to confirm that you want access to start at that point and that you acknowledge you lose your 14-day right to cancel the purchase once that access starts. Until then, you can cancel by contacting support@acairnsapps.org for a full refund. You cannot continue to Checkout without confirming. The date and time of your confirmation is recorded with your purchase and shown in your purchase document. If the law nevertheless gives you a right to cancel your purchase (for example because it is treated as a service rather than digital content), you can still exercise it by contacting support@acairnsapps.org within 14 days of purchase, and we will refund the payment less a proportionate amount for the access already supplied. Passes and monthly payments are otherwise not refundable once access has started. Faulty or misdescribed service remains covered by your statutory rights.
Stop a monthly subscription renewing
Sign in at https://plugins.acairnsapps.org/account and use the available cancellation control or Manage billing. Check the resulting cancellation status and paid-through date. Period-end cancellation keeps your access through the paid period, and nothing further is charged. If sign-in or billing management is unavailable, send a clear cancellation statement to support@acairnsapps.org. You do not need to use a particular form or give a reason.
Passes
A pass does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel: access simply ends on the date shown in My account and in your reminder emails. A refunded or successfully disputed pass payment ends that pass's access.
Customers on earlier terms
If you subscribed under earlier terms that offered a first-payment refund, that promise continues to apply to that subscription exactly as you accepted it.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in My account. Deletion takes effect 24 hours after you confirm, and you can keep your account at any time before then. When it takes effect, any monthly subscription is cancelled immediately rather than at the end of the billing period, any pass ends, and your access ends. Deleting your account does not refund the current billing period or the unused part of a pass. Deletion cannot be undone; to use paid tools again you would need to buy again at the current price.
Optional cancellation notice
You may copy the following into an email. A clear statement in your own words is equally acceptable. Sending a request does not require an account password, token, card number or reason for cancelling.
